Depending on the time of day and situation, different procedures and service fees may apply.
βοΈ 1. During Office Hours (Daytime Assistance)
If you are locked out during our regular office hours, you can receive assistance directly from Saki Corporation.

What to Do:

Contact our office immediately.

Visit the office in person to borrow a spare key (if available).
Bring your photo ID to confirm your tenancy before a key is released.
π‘ Tip: Spare keys are strictly for temporary use. They must be returned on the same day after entry.
π 2. After-Hours or Weekend Lockouts
If you are locked out outside of office hours (evenings, weekends, or holidays), an emergency unlock service can be arranged.
An after-hours service fee will be charged.
The fee amount depends on the time and service providerβs availability.
Payment will be collected at the time of service or added to your next rent invoice.
What to Do:
Contact our emergency line or maintenance email to request assistance.
We will coordinate with an on-call staff or a licensed locksmith.
Please present your photo ID to verify you are the tenant.
β οΈ Note: For safety reasons, we cannot open the door for anyone other than the registered tenant.
ποΈ 3. If You Have Lost Your Keys
If your keys are lost, stolen, or permanently missing, the lock must be changed to protect your security and comply with property policy.
Procedure:
Contact Saki Corporation immediately.
We will arrange for key cylinder replacement and new key issuance.

You will be charged the full replacement cost, which includes:
New cylinder and lock set
Creation of brand-new keys (usually 2β3 copies)
Contractor labor fee
