๐ Step 2: Explain Your Payment Timeframe

Our staff will review your case and confirm the next steps.
โ ๏ธ Important:
Late fees will still be charged regardless of the reason for delay.
This applies to all tenants equally, as outlined in the lease agreement and company policy.
๐ Step 3: Understand the Contract Terms
According to your lease agreement, the following rent payment conditions apply:
Rent is due by the 5th of every month.
Late fees apply automatically starting from the 6th day.
If rent remains unpaid for more than 30 days and there has been no contact or response from the tenant, the account may be considered in breach of contract.
After this point, Saki Corporation may proceed with formal escalation, which can include:
Contract termination
Eviction procedures
Legal recovery of unpaid amounts
All actions are taken in accordance with Japanese real estate law and the terms of your signed lease.
โ ๏ธ Note:
Continued non-payment or lack of communication may also affect your future housing eligibility with Saki Corporation and other agencies.
๐ค Step 4: Work With Us on a Solution
If you are facing a temporary financial issue, please communicate openly with us.
We will do our best to support you within the rules of the lease.
Possible options include:
A short payment extension (management approval required)
Setting up automatic GI Bill Pay to prevent future delays
Our goal is to help you stay on track while maintaining proper procedures and fairness to all tenants.
