🧾 How to Add Maintenance Items to Your GI Bill

🏢 What Is GI Bill Pay?
GI Bill Pay is an automatic payment service that allows U.S. military personnel in Okinawa to have rent and other approved expenses paid directly from their paycheck.
In addition to rent, you may be able to include regular maintenance items as part of your GI Bill payments.
Examples of Maintenance Items That Can Be Added:
Monthly or scheduled air conditioner cleaning
Lawn care or gardening services
Drain cleaning or other routine services arranged by Saki Corporation
💡 Note: Only approved or recurring maintenance fees can be added.
One-time or emergency repairs cannot be charged through GI Bill Pay.
🧾 Step 1: Request to Add Maintenance Items
You can request to add maintenance-related items to your GI Bill payment in one of two ways:
Option 1: Request in Person
Visit the Saki Corporation office and let our staff know which maintenance items you would like to add to your GI Bill payment.
Our team will confirm whether the item qualifies and assist you with the process.

Option 2: Request by Email
If you are unable to visit in person, you can send an email to our maintenance department.
Please include the following details in your message:
Your full name (as written on your lease)
Property name and room number
The maintenance item(s) you wish to add
Preferred start month for the payment addition

💡 Example:
“Hello, I would like to add my monthly air conditioner cleaning fee to my GI Bill payment starting next month. My property is TM Hills 302.”
🔍 Step 2: Confirmation and Coordination
After receiving your request, Saki Corporation will:
Review and confirm if the requested item is eligible for GI Bill payment.
Prepare the necessary documentation.
Coordinate with the GI Bill Pay office to process the update.
We will inform you once the change is approved and reflected in your GI Bill account.
⚠️ Important: Processing times may vary depending on GI Bill Pay’s internal schedule.
Continue paying any current maintenance fees normally until the update is confirmed.
