
When you decide to move out of your property, please make sure to notify Saki Corporation and submit your move-out request using the link below.
Before submitting your move-out notice, there are a few important points to keep in mind.
To help you complete the process smoothly from start to finish, we have prepared a simple guide below.
Please make sure to review your lease agreement, Section A, Clauses 12 and 15:
If you decide to move out within 1 year of your move in date→ 50% of your security deposit will be charged.
If you decide to move out after 1 year (when your lease switches to month-to-month) → You must provide 30 days’ notice to Saki Corporation.
In the case of PCS orders → Please notify Saki Corporation 15 days in advance.
If you fail to provide the required notice, rent will be charged daily for the number of days the notice was delayed.

On the First page, fill in all the required information such as Full Name (according to contract), Property Name, Room Number, Phone Number, Email Address, and preferred contact method. Click on next to continue:

3. Continue to fill out the information on the third page. In case you are unfamiliar with the move-out procedure, set up a meeting with Saki Corp to receive thorough explanation about the flow of Move-out.

5. On the same page, bottom part, confirm that you have acknowledge all information and click on submit.
