How to submit Lawn Care request form

This is a simple guide on how to submit your lawn care request.

1. Enter personal contact information and current residence

2. Proceed to Lawn Care Request 

2. Fill in Necessary Information

Once you have selected your desired type of lawn care, providing details such as the specific location and preferred cutting height will help our maintenance team process your request smoothly.
Additionally, if you would like the work to be done in multiple areas of your property, please be sure to include this in the details and attach photos of each location.

4. Adding your availability for lawn care work

Before submitting your lawn care request:
We required providing three possible dates and times for your availability.
To help us schedule smoothly, please:

• Choose three different dates spaced out within one week or two weeks, and

• Provide a time window of at least one hour for each option.

If you have any special instructions or notes, kindly write them in the “Notes” column before submitting your request.

5. Proceed to submit your lawn care request 

Once our housing staff receives your request, we will contact our affiliated contractor to proceed and follow up regarding the cost.

Please be sure to check your email for any follow-up messages after submitting your request.
*Depending on the terms of your lease, there may be cases where lawn care is handled by the landlord, either upon request or through a notice directly from the landlord.
