How to submit a maintenance request

This is a simple guide on how to submit your maintenance request.

1. Enter personal contact information and current residence

2. Proceed to Maintenance Request 

3.   Choose a maintenance you want to submit (only 1 option per request)

Please fill in the required information of the issue according to the page. 

4. Adding your availability for inspection / repair work

Before submitting your maintenance request:
We required providing three possible dates and times for your availability.
To help us schedule smoothly, please:

• Choose three different dates spaced out within one week or two weeks, and

• Provide a time window of at least one hour for each option.

If you have any special instructions or notes, kindly write them in the “Notes” column before submitting your request.
