How to request deep cleaning service

This is a simple guide on how to submit your AC deep cleaning request.
We encourage all tenants to take responsibility for maintaining the appliances within the property and to schedule a professional deep cleaning at least once a year (Before Summer) to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.

1. Enter personal contact information and current residence

2. Proceed to A/C Cleaning Request

3.   Fill in the form with required information 

For a smoother appointment arrangement, please provide the following information:

a. Photo of the entire indoor AC unit
b. Photo of the outdoor AC unit
c. AC model number (usually found on a label located underneath the indoor unit)

Providing these details in advance helps us confirm the correct type of service and schedule your appointment efficiently.

4. Adding your availability

Before submitting your request:
We required providing three possible dates and times for your availability.
To help us schedule smoothly, please:

• Choose three different dates spaced out within one week or two weeks, and

• Provide a time window of at least one hour for each option.

If you have any special instructions or notes, kindly write them in the “Notes” column before submitting your request.

5. Proceed to submit your AC deep clean request 

After submitting your request, please be sure to check your email for our follow-up. 

Our maintenance team will review your request and contact you with any additional details or the estimated cost for the cleaning.
