This is a simple guide on how to submit your bulk trash pick up request.

2. Proceed to Bulk Trash Pick Up
3. Fill in Necessary information
If you would like to request pick up of more than one items, please ensure to write the name, number of items, as well as uploading picture of each item.
4. Adding your availability for pick up
Before submitting your pick up request:
We required providing three possible dates and times for your availability.
To help us schedule smoothly, please:
Choose three different dates spaced out within one week or two weeks, and
Provide a time window of at least one hour for each option.

If you have any special instructions or notes, kindly write them in the “Notes” column before submitting your request.
5. Proceed to submit your pick up request
Once our housing staff receives your request, we will contact our affiliated contractor to proceed and follow up regarding the cost.
Please be sure to check your email for any follow-up messages after submitting your request.
